+DOMESTIC SHIPPING +

Most orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed. You will then also receive an email when your order label has been printed off. This email will include your order’s tracking number. You can get updates on your order at any time, on your own, by going to usps.com/manage/ and entering your tracking number.

Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please allow 10 business days or sooner for your order to be delivered if you are within the United States.

In total, the entire process should take about 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. We offer expedited shipping by email request.

+INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING+

Currently we do not regularly ship internationally but please send us an email if you are interested

 

+SHIPPING COSTS+

Shipping rates are based upon the weight of your products ordered + the box weight they are shipped in. Everything will be shipped via USPS Ground.

Expect to pay a base rate of $5.99 for the lightest boxes and $10+(dependent on package weight) for larger orders.

The heavier the box—the larger the shipping costs will be.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for exchanges, returns, shipping to incorrect entered address, etc.

 

+INCORRECT ADDRESS+

WolfGangGang & Co. will ship your order to the address that is placed within the address menu at checkout.

If your computer or smart device “auto-fills” items like your address, please be sure to double check it is the address you are wanting to use for order delivery.

If you have placed an order and notice that the mailing address is incorrect, please email us immediately with the subject line ”INCORRECT ADDRESS.”

Please be sure to provide your order number and updated shipping address in that email. Please send this email as soon as you notice the error.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. However, there are times where orders are fulfilled on the same day.

If you enter an incorrect address and your order has already been fulfilled, processed, and shipped WolfGangGang & Co. is not responsible for the loss.

Refunds for the product or shipping costs purchased are not available for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

 

WolfGangGang & Co. is not liable for any additional costs to reship or replace damaged, missing or stolen packages.

+REFUNDS and RETURNS+

As WolfGangGang & Co. predominantly sells products to kids we must be EXTREMELY careful with returned merchandise. As a result, we do not resale any products that have been returned to us as we can’t account for where they have been, what they may or may not have been exposed to, etc.

We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a product that might have new contaminations, contain allergens, etc.

+As a result, we do not offer refunds for purchased product+

However, if a product is returned to our warehouse, (A) within 15 days of receiving it, and (B) with the original packing slip, you will be provided 100%  one year store credit for that product. Once the package is received you will be given a one year store credit

through the email address that was used for the purchase.

Please allow for 5-7 business days to process. 

 

Once a shipment has been sent back to WolfGangGang & Co. you will need to email us with your order # and the tracking number of your returned shipment. Once received, you will be sent an email with a code for your store credit amount.

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges while using your store credit.

+EXCHANGES+

As WolfGangGang & Co. predominantly sells products to infants and toddlers we must be EXTREMELY careful with any returned merchandise. As a result, we do not resale or exchange any products that have been returned to us as we can’t account for where they have been, what they may or may not have been exposed to, etc. We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a product that might have new contaminations, contain allergens, etc.

If an exchange is required you will need to ship that product back to our warehouse, (A) within 15 days of receiving it, (B) with the original packing slip, and (C) with a request for the item you would like to exchange for.

Once received, a new order will be created and the returned item will be exchanged for the requested item. If the value of the return does not cover the full cost, an invoice will be sent to your email before the exchanged item will ship. Any remaining balance after the exchange will be sent in the form of one year store credit to the email address associated with the order. You will be provided store credit for any remainder that you can use to purchase a different item, size, etc. Please allow for 5-7 business days to process.
